• Cream and mixed berries with vanilla sponge cake
• Cream and Chocolate mouse with cherry and chocolate shavings 
• Sacher:Dark chocolate with apricots or raspberry and vanilla sponge cake
• Coffee and Chocolate with almond cake (similar to Tiramisu)
• Chocolate mouse with dark chocolate cake
• Chocolate mouse with sponge cake
• Cream and chocolate with a burnt sugar top. (flavoured like crème brûlée)
