Accommodation arrangement in Parador or Castle Rentals:

Your personal wedding coordinator will send you links with photos and details of various possibilities for your ceremony and reception venues and help you select the right one for your size wedding party as well as make all the necessary hotel arrangements.  You can rest assured that we will extend our guidance in the selection for an ideal reception environment and a welcoming setting for your guests to stay.

Costs to rent a private castle or  Parador for the reception.

Special locations such as castles and paradors are available to house private affairs for an extra rental fee ranging from €300 to over €5,000 for a VIP structure. We offer hundreds of villas all over Spain and in any region you desire.

Guest Activities

Most large Destination Wedding last 3 to 4 days.  A Save the Date announcement listing all of the exciting activities planned for your guests and family can be prepared. 

Rehearsal Dinner

Whether you choose to host a small, intimate rehearsal dinner in a charming tapas restaurant or a full blown 6 course Spanish gourmet banquet in a famous castle or parador we will handle all the details from special lighting to menu selection.

Transportation

From an airport transfer for your guests or an antique Bentley for the bride's arrival your wedding planner will take care of all transportation requirements including boats, yachts and horse and carriage! 

Welcome Package for guests

A welcome package is a lovely way to greet your arriving quests and could be waiting for them in their hotel room including  maps, brochures and all the details necessary for your guest’s easeful stay as well as some local specialty snacks and a bottle of wine.

Wedding Reception

In Spain, the larger wedding receptions traditionally includes: a minimum of 3 to 4 courses and the option of a a cocktail hour plus wines and dessert.. Open bar is not included but can be provided.

Champagne, local red and white wines and other drinks for the aperitif hour are usually included.

A genuinely Spanish wedding consists of:

During the first hour upon arrival, a welcome reception is provided with light bites and cocktails. Presentation is set impeccably with beautifully garnished foods while waiters circulate with an additional variety of freshly made tapas.

After the initial reception, you and your guests will proceed to the dining area for a well-presented buffet style dinner or a seated dinner engagement. Coffee, wines and mineral water are included.

Lastly, dessert is served and its presentation can consist of individual desserts or an elaborate buffet with your personalized wedding cake.

Tables can be numbered with name cards identifying your guests seating arrangements. Wedding favors will also be available should you wish to offer these.

Music

We have established relationships with only the most professional and creative musicians, top bands and DJ’s in Spain. DJ’s offer the most diverse,  and flexible choices since they can adapt instantly to the atmosphere of your wedding party. We can also provide you with some of the most dynamic and festive bands known in Spain or a flamenco performance. 

Photographer:

We operate with the most creative and professional wedding photographers in Spain.  Our testimonials reflect our client’s satisfaction with our vendors, and this is particularly true with our photographers. Photography is one of the most critical services selected for a wedding. Negatives are available and can be purchased separately for a reasonable price.

A 18th century Parador

What your own personal wedding coordinator can arrange for you:

  1. Accommodation for over 100 guests coming from all over the world. Hotel and transportation reservations.
  2. Welcoming kit with gift from bride and groom in every room that includes maps, instructions, wedding program, list of activities and regional information including shopping, restaurants and daily program.
  3. Bus transportation to and from every activity and personnel present for every event.
  4. Wine region excursion into the prestigious Rioja wineries with catered meal in a garden and sampling of 4 different wines.
  5. Rehearsal dinner combined with wine tasting – seven-course menu.
  6. Menu printing for all meals. 
  7. Personalized half-day cooking course led by the top chef in the region. The meal was then served to seated guests. Printed recipe booklet provided as a souvenir.
  8. All arrangements relative to Catholic wedding in a beautiful 18th century Medieval Cathedral just steps from the parador.
  9. Hors d oeuvre hour in the upstairs ballroom with views of the region.
  10. Opera concert during the Hors d oeuvre buffet (professional musicians)
  11. Sit down reception for 100 in the cellars of a superb parador.
