For a valid confirmation of your wedding date, location and services, we will require a deposit and a signed contract from you. Upon receipt of these items, your wedding planner will send a written confirmation and inform you of the next steps to follow. At Euroevents, we believe in written correspondence as the most secure and thorough way to plan a successful wedding.
Our contracts are standard and will mention all of the services you have selected. These services are handled by the top professionals in the business. Please note that contracts are not subject to change and in the event that additional services are requested, they will be charged and invoiced separately.
As the wedding date approaches, you will receive a wedding program containing detailed information of your wedding planning and coordination; summarizing the emails and phone calls to date and guaranteeing that all services have been confirmed and secured.
